Une révélation cette recette. Maintenant c'est sur, quand j'aurai un apéro a organiser je les refais. J'ai pris la recette chez Ma nature 2. Je l'ai modifiée pour en faire ce que je voulais exactement au final. Ils sont vraiment croustillants !! PARFAITS.
Temps de préparation : 20 minutes
Temps de cuisson : 10.15 minutes par plaque
- 1 œuf
- 250g farine
- 90g eau
- 50g huile d'olive
- 7g sel
+ paprika - pavot - herbes de provence - sésame - gruyère - ketchup
Mélanger tous les ingrédients sauf les épices. Former une boule et laisser reposer la pâte 10 minutes. Préchauffer le four à 160.180°C.
Etaler la pâte sur un plan fariné. Détailler des formes de la taille que vous voulez. Les mettre sur du papier cuisson ou silicone. Saupoudrer d'épices ou d'herbes. Faire cuire 10 à 15 minutes. Laisser refroidir et faire cuire tous les crackers jusqu'à épuisement de la pâte.
Ah oui, comme chez Belin. Ils sont vraiment superbes !
